And, as people use technology more and more, they can shop online which is much more convenient.

However, there is the problem with the fact that just because people are looking at your site does not mean that they are buying anything or subsequently going into your store. There are thousands of competitors out there and when people are looking online, they cannot see what you are offering but what other people are offering as well. It has also been proven, that many people are so bombarded with adds online that they often ignor advertisments, even if you have posted them yourself.
